These terms govern your use of the Executor Economy Foundation website, education, and services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Read them with care. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site, booking a consultation, subscribing, or purchasing a framework, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to every visitor, subscriber, and client.
2. About the Foundation
Executor Economy Foundation is a private educational foundation. Our purpose is education in private structure formation, estate administration, and economic independence. Our content, education, and services are for educational and administrative purposes only. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing here creates an attorney-client or fiduciary relationship. When a question belongs with licensed counsel, we will say so plainly.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use our services. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Accounts
Some services include a client portal reached through a sign-in and access code. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
5. Purchases and Payments
Pricing for a framework is shown at the point of checkout. Payment is settled on the public XRP Ledger, and your purchase is confirmed once the payment is verified on the ledger. Once confirmed, we begin delivering the educational materials and administrative deliverables associated with your framework.
6. Refunds
Because our deliverables are prepared for you specifically and delivered promptly, sales are generally final once work has begun. If you believe there has been an error with your order, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to make it right.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site and services lawfully and not to misuse them: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, no copying or reselling our materials without permission, and no use of the education to further any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for conduct that breaches these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The site, its content, and the Executor Economy™ name and materials are owned by the foundation and protected by law. When you purchase a framework, you receive a personal license to use the materials we deliver for your own administration. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The site and services are provided on an as-is basis. We make no guarantee of any particular financial, legal, or tax outcome. Your results depend on your own decisions and circumstances. You are responsible for how you operate the structures you form and for seeking licensed professional advice where it is appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Executor Economy Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to hold the foundation harmless from claims and costs that arise out of your misuse of the site or services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the rights of another.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Ohio, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
