Is this a notarization or a filing?
No. This is proof and recordkeeping. No filing is made anywhere by this service, and none is required for private instruments such as trusts, operating agreements, charters, and affidavits: this record is their complete proof layer. Documents that are constitutive by state filing, like LLC articles, deeds, and UCC statements, keep their required filings. This record supplements them and never substitutes for them.
Does my document become public?
Never. The document itself never touches the chain. What is recorded is its SHA-256 fingerprint and a sealed, AES-256-GCM encrypted copy pinned to distributed storage. Existence, integrity, and date are provable while the content stays private.
What exactly do I receive?
A Certificate of Proof and Recordkeeping delivered to your member portal. It carries your document fingerprint, the sealed evidence reference, your registry entry, the on-chain anchor transaction, and step-by-step verification instructions anyone can follow.
Who signs the anchor?
A dedicated anchoring key sends one batch to Polygon each hour. That key can do exactly one thing: anchor. It cannot move funds, change the contract, or grant itself anything. The contract's only admin is a separate wallet held by a person, and it alone can grant, revoke, or retire. So your record lands within the hour, and no single server key can rewrite what is already anchored.
What chain is this on, and can I check it myself?
Anchors are written to the Anchor contract on Polygon mainnet, with verified source code. Your certificate includes your fingerprint, its batch and its Merkle proof, and the public verifier reads the contract directly. You can repeat the same check on any public explorer without touching this site.
How do I pay?
