Your Books,
Kept Every Month.

A structure is only as strong as its records. The Books keep every entity your framework forms: the journal, the close you sign each month, the statements, and the worksheets your preparer files from. One price covers the whole structure.

How it works

Added to your framework, never sold alone

The Books keep the entities a framework forms, so they come with one. The Complete Structure includes them for life.

01Add it at checkoutTick the Books box when you reserve your framework. Nothing is added to that day’s charge.
02The first 90 days are freeThe trial starts the day your framework is delivered, so the clock runs while your entities are live, not while they are being formed.
03One price for the whole structureAfter the trial the Books run $79 a month for every entity in your structure, together. Not per company, not per file.
04You close the month and sign itEach month you review the close and sign it. Every signed close is fingerprinted and anchored on-chain, so the record of what your books said that month can be proven later.
05If you stop, the books stay yoursNothing is deleted. Your books turn read-only, export stays open, and renewing picks up where you left off.

What they keep

The books each framework gets

Each framework forms different entities, so each keeps different books. You close each month and sign it. Your preparer works from the worksheets.

Administration

Administration forms your private trust and the policies it holds. A trust’s books are not a company’s books. What the trust holds and what it earns are kept apart, and every dollar that goes out has to trace back to the instrument that allowed it.

Principal and income, kept apartPrincipal is what the trust holds; income is what it earns. They are kept apart from the first entry, so every distribution comes from the right side and the trust can show it.
DistributionsEvery distribution is dated, recorded and tied to the beneficiary who received it, so the trustee can always show what went out and why.
Special needs benefit ledgerFor a special needs trust, spending is kept as shelter and non-shelter as it happens, the line benefit programs look at, instead of being rebuilt when a review comes.
The policiesEach policy the trust holds, with the premiums paid and the cash value, so the trust knows what it owns inside every one.
The monthly closeEach month you review the close and sign it. The signed close is fingerprinted and anchored on-chain, so what the books said that month can be proven later.
Export, any timeEvery book exports whenever you want it. Your records never depend on us.

Allocation

Allocation forms the holdings trust and the companies under it: operating, lending and property. Several entities means several sets of books that have to agree with each other. This is where per-file software breaks down, and where the Books do the most work.

Bank import that learnsImport your bank statements and sort them. Every payee you sort is remembered, so each month sorts faster than the last.
Journal and monthly closeA full double-entry journal for each company, closed each month and signed by you.
Consolidated statementsEvery company rolled up into one set of statements for the whole stack, instead of separate files you add up by hand.
Property and depreciationEach property the property company holds, with its basis and its depreciation schedule, year by year.
Loans between your entitiesWhen one of your companies lends to another, the loan is kept on both sides, so both books agree and the terms are on record.
Payroll for the people who hold a rolePay for the people who hold a role in your companies, recorded in the books of the company that pays them.
Wallet lotsDigital assets kept lot by lot, the way a 1099-DA reads, so what the exchange reports and what your books say can be matched line for line.
The reserve and the monthly sweepThe reserve each company keeps, and every monthly sweep of what sits above it, recorded each time it moves.
Form 1120 worksheetYour year laid out the way the corporate return reads, so your preparer files from it instead of rebuilding your books.
Export, any timeEvery book for every company exports whenever you want it.

Consecration

Consecration forms the charitable trust and the company that holds its title. Charitable books follow their own standard, ASC 958, and keep what donors gave for a purpose apart from what the trust may freely use.

Gifts receivedEach gift recorded with any restriction the donor placed on it, so restricted money is never spent as if it were free.
Net assets, with and without donor restrictionsThe two classes charitable statements report, kept current as gifts arrive and restrictions are met.
Functional expensesEvery expense sorted by purpose: program, management and fundraising. It shows how much of each dollar reaches the mission.
Liquidity viewWhat is available to spend in the coming year, and what is held back.
Treasury lotsWhat the treasury holds, kept lot by lot with its basis.
Form 990-T worksheetUnrelated business income laid out the way the 990-T reads, for any year it reaches the filing line. Your preparer files from it.
Export, any timeEvery book exports whenever you want it.

Complete Structure

The Books, included for life.

The Complete Structure forms every layer at once, so its books are every framework’s books together, plus the part only a whole structure has: what moves between the layers.

Every framework’s booksThe trust books, the company books and the charitable trust books, each kept to its own standard.
The junctionsWhen value moves between your entities, it is recorded on both sides: by the entity that sent it and by the one that received it.
The whole-structure viewOne view across every entity, so you see what the structure holds, not only what each piece holds.
No monthly priceThe Books come with the Complete Structure for life. There is nothing to renew.
Export, any timeEvery book for every entity exports whenever you want it.
Private by design

Encrypted on your device. Executor Economy cannot read your books.

Your browser locks the books before they leave your device. We hold the locked copy the way a vault holds a safe-deposit box: we keep it safe, we keep your last ten versions, and we never hold the key. Only you open it, and you can export everything at any time.

The comparison

One price, not one file at a time

Most bookkeeping software charges for each company file, so a structure of several entities pays several times over and still cannot see itself whole.

QuickBooks Simple Start$38One entity. Cannot consolidate.
QuickBooks Essentials$85One company file.
QuickBooks Plus$140One company file.
A four-entity stack there$150 to $340Four files, kept apart.
The Books$79Every entity in your structure, consolidated, encrypted, and closed each month.
